Description
The church Hochosterwitz stands ideally for typical castle churches of early modern fortresses. In this sense, it complements the overall image of a castle complex that values authenticity.
The doors can be locked and the roof opened.
Due to the fortified nature of the complex, it can certainly be thought of in imaginative games of chivalry as a refuge for a village population or a retreat for the castle’s inhabitants.
However, it is also an eye-catcher on its own : it represents the style of smaller village and parish churches of the Alpine region very well and, due to its size and attention to detail, it is a gem that attracts attention.
Tools needed: A cutter if needed.
Medieval churches were painted! Of course, like all our products, you can paint the church yourself.
